A telehealth mental health startup needed a brand identity and web presence that felt warm and trustworthy — not clinical — to drive patient acquisition.

Brand identity, copywriting direction, marketing site design and development, onboarding flow.
The Outcome
Launched in 6 weeks with a full brand system and a site converting at 4.2% on paid traffic.
Brand Strategy
We ran a two-day brand sprint to define positioning, voice, and visual principles. The north star: "calm authority" — confident enough to be trusted, warm enough to feel approachable.
Visual Identity
The identity uses a restrained palette of warm neutrals, a humanist serif wordmark, and a single illustrative motif — a continuous line forming a path — that appears across all touchpoints.
Web & Onboarding
The marketing site was built in Next.js with a headless CMS backend. The onboarding flow reduced drop-off by introducing a guided intake process with progress indicators and reassuring microcopy.
